The property owner intends to completely redevelop and refurbish the building, which was built in 1958 (558 rooms, 14 storeys + 2 basement levels, 138 underground parking lots). This work should be carried out during the ongoing hotel operation.
The modernisation work is estimated at four years, starting in spring 2016.

WW-AC is commissioned with a feasibility study and consultation of the implementation of the measures. This includes the evaluation of existing TDD and EDD, as well as the organisation and monitoring of an invitation to tender plus operations planning.
